Premiere Agri Services is rooted in Southern Alberta farming, where building our crop operation requires long-term focus – about land, water and consistency.
Over the decades, the Bekkering family expanded its farming footprint, developing a large-scale corn and grain operation supported by irrigation, modern equipment and disciplined agronomy. The focus has always been on producing reliable, high-quality crops that perform – both in the field and as part of a larger agricultural system.
Today, under the leadership of David and James Bekkering, Premiere Agri Services drives the crop production side of the business – growing corn at scale to support feed programs, supply regional producers and meet the demands of Western Canadian agriculture.

Premiere Agri Services operates as the crop production engine of our family’s agricultural enterprise, focused on growing high-quality, high-performance corn suited for today’s livestock and feed markets.
Our core acreage is dedicated to disciplined, modern corn production – including Enogen® corn varieties that offer enhanced starch conversion and improved feed efficiency. With advanced agronomic practices, irrigation and precision crop management, we grow corn designed to perform in the field and perform in the ration.
As a strategic partner to our family’s feedlot and livestock divisions, our Enogen and feed-grade corn provide nutritional advantage and consistency to feed programs while also serving producers and customers across Alberta and Western Canada.
